There are some perks to mid afternoon snacks and these little gem as defiantly a highlight to any snack time event no matter the time of day. I’m just saying’! Also, I won’t be judging if this just happens to take place in your kitchen around 1:38 in the morning. I’ll totally understand. Feel free to share how it happened in the comments below. I promise to keep this a judgment free zone. At least for this post anyway. I’ll return to give you all a hard time tomorrow. Hahaha! In the meantime, I’ll be licking the honey from my fingers!

Ingredients

4 tbsp goat cheese, room temperature

1 1/2 tbsp cream

1 tbsp basil, finely chopped

20, or so, dried apricots

20, or so, almonds

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese, cream, and basil until spreadable. Top each apricot with cheese and then an almond. Drizzle with honey.
