It’s been awhile since I last saw my best friend, and the person to whom I call my sister, yet we are unrelated. So, I’ve been writing down all the things we could try and do over a long weekend. I may have gone a little overboard but I tried to include things that her and I could do together and things in which we could drag her family along for. One thing I’d like to do is hit up some abandoned places around Austin or in the Hill Country and get some photos of her boys. Talk about great Halloween or Christmas cards. We both love old creepy places that usually require you needing to be up on your tetanus shots.

Anyway, if you’re short on ideas on things to do with your bestie besides brunch, here a few to get you started:

  3. Browse the Farmer’s Market
  4. Chase down an ice cream truck together
  5. Buy matching sunglasses
